Viktor Cohen joined Linker in 2025 with a clear conviction: an executive's voice only has impact if it tells a story that aligns with their business strategy. A graduate of ENS Ulm and Sciences Po Paris, he spent over a decade as a ghostwriter for executives, authoring or co-authoring books published by Fayard, Grasset, Flammarion, and other leading publishing houses.

Now serving as Consulting Director for Executive Communications at Linker, Viktor leads the division dedicated to personal branding and strategic storytelling for CEOs and C-suite leaders. From defining editorial positioning to structuring LinkedIn presence, as well as op-eds, conferences, and books, he helps executives become authoritative voices in their sectors.

His experience as a ghostwriter allows him to translate his clients' vision and challenges into authentic, high-quality, and accessible content, tailored for social media, traditional media, and publishing alike. Working with the Linker team, Viktor builds strategies where every format—LinkedIn post, interview, op-ed, or book—serves the same ambition: to firmly establish executives as key players in their market.
